The Dial Connection Management Reporting Application includes many
industry standard reports to help your supervisors track system and
agent statistical information.
Management Reports Viewer
allows managers to view stats of
virtually any aspect of your campaign.

Utilizing a flexible report parameter screen, supervisors can easily
customize every report. The Management Report Application utilizes
an industry standard report generator (Crystal Reports) to generate
printed and file based reports. Supervisors can email reports directly
from the management reporting application in multiple formats including
Crystal Reports format (RPT), Rich Text Format (RTF), Microsoft Word
(DOC), Microsoft Excel (XLS) and Dial Connection’s own format
(DCR). Recipients of the emailed reports can use the Dial Connection
Report Viewer to view and print reports. All reports are available
in real time!
