Dial Connection IVR, or Integrated Voice Response, allows you to manage
how your incoming calls are answered and directed. Set up an options
menu for you service center so incoming calls go to where they are
supposed to go. Inbound IVR can be used for virtually anything that
involves a phone menu system such as appointment scheduling, account
management, or bill payment. Use IVR to collect all of a customers
information so an agent has it when they answer the call.
