of the system. Advanced importing tools allow users to establish queries
for importing files as well as automate the import process. One file
containing data for multiple campaigns can be easily separated and
imported in one easy step. Call Disposition Groups for different industries
can be established and utilized for any campaign. An Intelligent Disposition
design allows for different actions and logging to occur when an agent
dispositions a call. User definable databases and fields, screens,
call dispositions, notes, skills, branch scripts, IVR scripts, third
party contacts, agent groups and agent statuses are all supported.
